After much excited chatter the following points were decided.
Date: 9th April at the Tithe Barn in the main hall.
Time: Members arrive from 7pm, or as close to as possible, for warm up and rehearsal
Family and Friends from 8.30pm onwards for refreshments.
Concert: To start between 9pm and 9.15pm (depending on Line Dance clearance)
Finish time 9.30pm-9.45pm (depending on start time)
Clothing: BLACK. Can be dress, skirt & top or trousers and top.
Accessories: PINK. e.g. scarf, belt, flower, nail varnish, socks, shoes, tights, etc
The colours are chosen to match Donna’s bag, which is black and embossed with the words ‘Cleeve Harmony’ in pink.
We thought it would be good if we could all contribute to the refreshments that we will be providing. Ruth and Gwenda will be circulating a list of desirable goodies for the evening to avoid us having 20 bottles of red wine and no food! (No Cordon Bleu cooking required)
At present the songs we propose to perform are:
One Fine Day
When I Fall In Love
Heart Of My Heart
Nursery Rhymes
We will all need to know the words off by heart so that we have both eyes available to look at Donna!
We may be able to add Under The Boardwalk and The Irish Blessing if we can get them up to scratch in time.
Onward and Upward and Keep singing :)
